Throughout the year it is extremely popular with those who seek contact with nature and with those who enjoy outdoor activities. It is possible to stay in a comfortable cottage, hotel, hostel or at a camping site. Why not camp out beside the clear waters of a mountain stream.

Located in Lapland the municipality stretches east to west

for 200 km and is 50 km wide.
