Aha

Aha is a small village with about 15 people living there permanently. It is situated 17 kilometres southeast of Sorsele community.
The village is beautifully located beside the lake Aha, which flows into the stream Gargån, a by-torrent to the river Vindelälven, and is included in an extensive system of lakes together with, among others, the marshes Mittiträsk and Edsträsket.

The most special thing with this village is its name Aha and that in 1979 they saw red-north-water lilies here and that since the autumn 2002 Bisam-rats have built huts in the lake and thereby stopped the lake from weeds overgrowing.
